Here she is, our beautiful baby girl! We have named her Keilani (Kay-lah-nee). She arrived April 17th (earlier than expected) and weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz. She measured at 19 inches and she is nice and healthy. I am finally posting a few pictures after being harassed and pressured. Is it surprising to anyone else that updating the blog is probably the last priority after having a baby? Anyway, the picture above I actually had to steal from my sister's blog. She has more pictures of Keilani than I do.....

I love this picture of her sleeping. Motherhood is great. I am slowly recovering from the c-section, trying to survive sleepless nights and adjusting to breastfeeding. Sorry if that is TMI....
Thanks to everyone for all of their congrats and support. My mom, sister and sis-in-law have been a great help. I don't know how people have babies without help from family and friends....and having dinner brought really is helpful. I've never been on the receiving end and it is awesome!
The days are blending together and before I know it I will be back at work :( So....this may be the only post for a while......I will try to be better at posting a few pics here and there though.

Yay! Congratulations! She is precious and just beautiful. Yes, soak it all in. The back to work date comes sooner than you think. It was tough to go back, but some good came of it also. I'm excited to meet her in the near future.
