Nielsen's Grove

Yesterday afternoon was SO nice and sunny, but being Utah it quickly turned into a cold, windy and rainy evening. Before the storm came though, I decided it was warm enough to take Keilani to Nielsen's Grove park. I've been wanting to take her as soon as it warmed up enough. She LOVED the swing.

Then we just walked around and I let her explore. She just couldn't get enough of the dead leaves in the dried up fountain. I mean...how could you not? So fascinating!

Keilani turned 11 months this past week and I just can't believe it!!! She is becoming more and more mobile and I think she will be walking soon. She is getting more and more brave and walks along the perimeter of the whole house (holding on to the furniture, drawers and walls). She has scared me a few times by creeping up behind me. I tend to forget that she can walk around holding on to things. I will leave the room and all of a sudden she will be behind me holding on the wall or drawer next to me and just smiling (so proud of herself). We have SO much fun with this girl!
