Pretty Necklace

Here are some pictures as promised. You may ask, "What is that around her neck?" Let me give you some clarification: Her torticollis strikes again. We are still trying to improve her neck muscles and doing stretches daily to improve her neck, posture, spine, etc. Because her neck muscles are weak, she tilts her head to one side and then compensates in her back so her eyes are level. This new "TOT collar" device is supposed to help her not tilt her head. She has to wear it twice a day for a couple hours each time. Isn't that a horrible name? We just call it her pretty necklace and she doesn't seem to mind it as bad.

You may also be wondering, "Why is this child always naked?" Again, let me clarify. We have NO air conditioning and it would just be cruel to make her wear clothes when at home. However, like most babies I think she just prefers this way of life.

Keilani is my little helper. She loves to copy me after I do something. So after I swept the floor she just had to do it over again.

I made some sugar cookies and decided it was time for her to enjoy one of mom's best creations:

She wanted to help me with the baking too. I think she thought if she helped she would get another cookie...
