Last night before going to bed I put my clothes in the dryer. I remember thinking: "hmmm... that laundry detergent container is kind of close to the edge"... yet I did nothing about it. Well I guess the dryer shook and shimmied the LIQUID laundry detergent right off of the edge. I went in this morning to find a pool of blue, thick liquid ALL OVER the floor. I guess it fell off, broke the cap and slowly oozed out all night. I was mostly upset because it was a brand new, huge container of detergent from Costco. All I could do was try to absorb and wipe it all up and leave the towels heaped up in the corner for me to deal with later. Lesson to be learned? Have Mitch do my laundry from now on.
