Body for Life

Mitch and I are just finishing the 7th week of our "Body for Life" program. It is supposed to last 12 weeks, but we are hoping to have made lifestyle changes....thus body for life. I think the biggest feat is that we wake up at around 5-5:20 am everyday to workout, I cook meals everyday and we actually eat breakfast together. I have lost some weight, but most of all I just feel good! If you haven't ever heard of this program, check out their website at http://www.bodyforlife.com/ They have some pretty inspiring before and after pictures. At the end of our twelve weeks I will post my before and after pictures. Ha, ha just kidding. I wouldn't do that to you all. But seriously, I am finally losing some of the weight I gained from my mission (which has been almost 5 years ago. yikes!)
