Also...these pictures aren't very good, but if I don't post them now I never will. I didn't even bother to clean them off or organize our junk, but here is what our dresser and nightstand turned out to be after months of slow refinishing.....
We are enjoying them. I can now rest my cell phone on an actual nightstand instead of stacked up pillows. The long weekend was great. I did a whole lot of nothing and it was much needed. Mitch was in heaven because college football has started. He has decided that labor day weekend is his favorite, because that is when college football starts and school usually hasn't started yet. With September has already come cooler weather. It smells crisp and cool and I am excited for all that is FALL.

I love the nightstand! What is "cooler weather?" I think I have felt that before, sometime around Thanksgiving.
fall is my favorite, it is the most delicious season, with the leaves, football games, canning, and chilly weather can't believe it's already upon us! I COVET your dresser, it's gorgeous!!
