Day 3: Tofu Nuggets with hidden spinach puree and flaxseed meal. Ha, ha, ha. Not good. My thoughts thus far. I really like this concept of putting the purees in food. However, I think her recipes are seriously lacking. They are so bland and lack proper flavor and seasonings. I have concluded that for this to work for me I just have to use my usual favorite and good recipes and find a way to work the purees in. There are still a few more recipes I am going to try from the cookbook before I call it quits.
